Trial lesson

The first trial lesson is free and carries no obligation. After the trial we recommend a course, schedule and monthly fee.

Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed when you accept the plan we send you. The plan states the course, the number and length of lessons each week, the teacher and the monthly fee in BDT.

Fees and invoices

  • Fees are charged per calendar month in Bangladeshi taka (BDT).
  • Invoices appear in the portal and are payable by the date shown on the invoice.
  • Accepted payment methods are confirmed at enrolment. Families abroad pay the BDT amount; conversion fees charged by your bank or provider are your responsibility.
  • Lessons may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder.

Missed and rescheduled lessons

  • If you cannot attend, tell us as early as possible, and before the lesson starts. We will try to reschedule within the same month.
  • A lesson missed without notice is counted as taken.
  • If a teacher cancels, the lesson is always rescheduled or credited to the next invoice.
  • The notice period that applies to your plan is stated in your enrolment confirmation.

Changing or ending your plan

You can change the number of lessons, or stop, from the next month by telling us before the next invoice is issued. You can request a different teacher at any time.

Conduct and safeguarding

  • Lessons are held on video. Young children should take lessons in a shared room with an adult at home.
  • Lessons are not recorded unless both the family and the teacher agree.
  • Teachers and learners are expected to treat each other with respect. We may end lessons if this is not the case.
  • Concerns about a lesson or a teacher can be raised with the admissions team at any time and will be taken seriously.

Technology

You are responsible for a working device and internet connection. If a lesson is lost because of a problem on our side, it will be rescheduled.
